ECONOMIC UPDATE: NEW CONFORMING LIMITS ARE IN EFFECT!
The Economic Stimulus Act loan increases are now in effect. This act
temporarily increases the conforming and FHA loan limits in certain
high-cost areas based on median area sales prices to from $417,000 to
$729,750 through the end of 2008. In Los Angeles County the conforming loan
limit AND FHA limits have been increased to $729,750.
If one of the following scenarios applies to you or someone you know please
contact me so that I can see if I can save you money:
1) You or someone you know currently is in a Jumbo mortgage (over $417k
under $729,750) and would like to find out if they can save money on a
refinance.
2) You or someone you know is purchasing a home and needs a loan over $417k
and under $729,750.
